Job Title: Band 6 CPN Adult CMHT

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our client's team in a Band 6 CPN Adult CMHT role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of individualized care plans.

About the Role:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status.
  • Administer medications and monitor their effects on patients.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience within a community recovery role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
