Just Nurses is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to work with our client in Herefordshire.
We offer a range of shift patterns to suit your requirements with excellent pay rates of £21-£32 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and provide therapeutic interventions to support individuals with mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families, promoting a positive and empowering experience.
- NMC Registration with a minimum of 6 months validity.
- Completed MAPA training and a minimum of 6 months of post-qualification experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
- Ability to fulfill our framework compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and an updated CV.
- Proof of your right to work within the UK.
