Mental Health Nurse Position

HCR Ltd is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a reputable NHS hospital in Hereford, UK.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care and support to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians and psychiatrists.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
- Provide support to families and carers, as well as helping patients to manage their conditions and improve their quality of life.
- Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Valid in-date Nursing and Midwifery Council's (NMC) membership.
- At least 6 months of working experience with a valid UK visa.
- Vaccinated against Hep B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tuberculosis, and COVID 19.
- Has a valid DBS certificate that is on the DBS update service.
- Has a valid Bild/GSA Accredited PMVA training certificate.
- Indemnity Insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate nature and ability to work well under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Car driver is desirable but not mandatory.
