Partner & Alliances Director (Actimize)

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive our partner strategy in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner program that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the Business Partner Program for EMEA, working closely with functional teams to identify, recruit, and enable partners to support our go-to-market plan.
- Align with sales teams to drive indirect sales of NICE Actimize solutions through local reseller partners in the EMEA region, planning and executing joint marketing campaigns as needed.
- Manage strategic alliances with a select number of global partners in EMEA, building innovative new partnering models to drive growth and revenue.
- Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and selling technology solutions through partners/SI alliances for at least five years in the EMEA region.
- Proven track record of structuring and selling proposals to solution resellers, as well as formulating and executing Go-To-Market strategies in the EMEA region.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and focus on business objectives.
- Must be willing to travel extensively, with a strong understanding of the Financial Crime and Compliance solutions market.
