Director of Channel and Alliances Job Description

New Relic, Inc is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our EMEA Alliances & Channels Team as Director of Channel and Alliances. This role is responsible for building and executing strategic partnerships with cloud providers to drive business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of EMEA-based partner managers to build and maintain relationships with cloud partners, ensuring alignment with New Relic's strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities with cloud partners.
  • Ensure partners' sales, technical, service, and management resources are enabled to support New Relic's products and services.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Significant experience in building and leading successful cloud provider ecosystem partnerships.
  • Impressive track record in developing joint business plans, value propositions, campaigns, and GTM strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within the Observability space in EMEA.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
