Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Pharmacovigilance Alliance Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding materials and provide training to partners to ensure they understand the features and benefits of our pharmacovigilance software.
  • Monitor partner performance, track sales, and address challenges to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Position RxLogix Corporation as a thought leader in pharmacovigilance through partner channels and collaborations.
  • Draft clear collaboration agreements, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of experience in alliance management, partner development, or business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (or related field) with an MBA or Master's in Business Management, Growth, or Strategy.
  • Essential experience in the BioPharma R&D software and services industry.
  • Possesses a robust network of key leaders and decision-makers in potential partner companies, facilitating strategic collaborations.
