About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide proactive advice and solutions.
  • Process customer orders, manage stock control, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Act as a relief delivery driver, performing deliveries to customers in a 3.5t van.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.

Requirements
  • A full, clean manual driving license is a requirement of this role.
  • Previous industry experience is preferred but not essential.
