Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and empathetic Helpline Advisor to join our team. As a Helpline Advisor, you'll play a vital role in providing support to our customers who have suffered an injury that wasn't their fault. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring that our customers feel valued, respected, and supported throughout their claims journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and professional support to customers via phone and other communication channels
  • Assess customer needs and provide guidance on the claims process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service experience
  • Maintain accurate records and data to support business operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance customer service
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using multiple systems
  • Grade C at English GCSE or equivalent
