We are seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland, working within our prestigious client residences in central London. This position involves overseeing daytime guest services.

This role is perfect for individuals who possess a remarkable talent for establishing immediate connections with guests upon their arrival. You will play a crucial role in a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.

This position operates on a rotational schedule of four days out of seven, requiring some weekend availability, primarily during standard office hours. Shifts will be approximately 10 hours each day, with options for 10.5 to 11-hour shifts, including a break of 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Coordinator

The Guest Services Coordinator will be primarily responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery. You will collaborate with a team that manages the in-house gym, dining facilities, café, garden, cinema, and communal areas, ensuring residents enjoy a warm and inviting home atmosphere.

Your duties will range from engaging with residents and addressing their inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally. You will manage communications with residents through our dedicated app and conduct regular security and compliance checks, acting as an emergency 'first responder' when necessary.
