Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Recruiter, you will play a vital role in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and engage potential candidates. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms, including social media.
  • Building and nurturing networks within the local community and participating in community events to promote City and County Healthcare Group.
  • Serving as a primary contact for community engagement and overseeing the recruitment process in your designated area to ensure a seamless experience.

Required Qualifications

Essential Skills

A good standard of education is required, with no formal qualifications in HR or recruitment necessary. You should possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to putting the customer first. We seek self-starters who are organized, efficient, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency in local sourcing and recruitment techniques, including social media platforms, is essential. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. You should be able to collaborate effectively with others and have a professional customer service orientation, being polite, friendly, and commercially aware.
