Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with managing and executing recruitment strategies, ensuring a steady flow of potential candidates. Your responsibilities will include posting job advertisements on various platforms and cultivating networks within the local community. As a pivotal contact for community engagement, you will oversee all recruitment activities in your designated area, ensuring a seamless and transparent process.

Required Qualifications
Essential Skills
A good standard of education is required; formal qualifications in HR or recruitment are not necessary. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction are essential. You should be a self-motivated individual who is organized, efficient, and capable of working independently.
A strong understanding of local recruitment techniques, including social media, is crucial. Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus. The ability to collaborate effectively with others is important. We seek individuals who are active on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. A professional customer service demeanor is expected, characterized by politeness, friendliness, and a commercial mindset.
