Key Responsibilities
The Regional Recruiter will oversee the execution of recruitment strategies and plans, focusing on attracting and sourcing potential candidates consistently. Responsibilities include:
- Posting job advertisements on various platforms, including social media.
- Building networks within the local community and participating in community events to promote the organization.
- Acting as a primary contact for community engagement and managing all recruitment processes within your designated region to ensure a seamless experience.
