We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As an experienced Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records of our client and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter high volume invoices onto SAGE Lin 50 with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including ensuring accurate calculation of employee salaries, deductions, and tax payments.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
  • Support the finance team in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or Administrator, with training provided as needed.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
