Job Title: Administrator

Zedra Governance Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Client Managers and Client Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the management team with data analysis and reporting, including exporting data from our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and creating MI reports.
  • Provide administrative support to Client Managers and Client Directors, including phone calls, diary management, and arranging meetings and travel.
  • Manage client budgets and invoicing processes, as well as collate business expense claims and relevant receipts.
  • Assist with scheme work, including setting up and running scheme diaries, drafting agendas for meetings, and arranging for documents to be signed and scanned.
  • Contribute to the organization of the facilities within the office, including ordering stationery, dealing with post, and ensuring the IT equipment and systems are adequate and operational.
Requirements:
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in a professional services firm or PA role.
  • Intermediate level of Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
