Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative executive support to management, including controlling and registering of expenses.
  • Support the MIS process by feeding information into systems periodically and reconciling management and accounting information.
  • Support employees in time and expenses reporting processes.
  • Perform general administrative responsibilities, including office reception, calls, mailing, shipping, filing, and copying.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Monitor and control office supplies and hardware.
  • Support relationships with outsources and vendors.

Requirements:
  • Fluent English, conversational Spanish.

  • Proven organizational skills with extremely strong attention to details.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to manage own time.
  • Proven ability to work simultaneously in multiple tasks, problem solve, and be a self-starter.
  • Manage confidential information and activity with extreme professionalism.
  • Strong skills and expertise in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in office management and administrative tasks.
