About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Office Angels. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for optimising Third Party Intermediary (TPI) relationships and driving sales growth in the energy and utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities:
TPI Relationship Management:
- Develop strong working relationships with TPIs to generate sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with TPIs to maximise value and drive sales growth.
- Provide onboarding and training for new TPIs and retrain existing ones as necessary.
Sales Process Optimisation:
- Ensure that sales processes and procedures are efficient and effective.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive sales growth.
- Maintain quality measures to ensure a high 'go live' rate and minimise revenue risk.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or business development in the energy or utilities sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
Flexible working hours and a remote working arrangement with occasional visits to our Leicester office.
