They provide key services in Waste Management such as: general waste, confidential waste, skip hire, glass recycling, baled commodities, washroom services and more. Their markets are varied - Facilities Management, hospitality, healthcare, education, manufacturing, engineering, property and transport. Repeat winners of accolades such as: Business of the Year, Green Apple Awards, National Recycling Awards, our client has built up an enviable reputation in the industry. They have technology enabled USP's that help their clients save time and money, and are looking to capitlise on their position by further growing their market share with this key hire. Your remit will be : Identifying, qualifying (including customer financial due diligence), pursuing, and capturing new business pipelines (using the Sales & Marketing Strategy). Achieving sales growth in line with the company, departmental and individual targets. Regular face to face meetings, calls, and email communication. Self-generating credible leads for prospecting. Contributing content and ideas for marketing and sales campaigns. Supporting the Sales Director and collaborating with Operations and Supply Chain to develop operational and supply chain processes to improve performance and maximise growth. Attending and representing trade shows, networking events etc. for net new business acquisitions as required. You will need to be: results driven, a confident communicator, a good influencer, have entrepreneurial spirit and drive, and be happy being accountable for Sales results. You MUST have some Sales experience in Waste, as this is a step up from a standard Sales role in Waste. This is a home based/field based role. As the business looks to grow there will be opportunities to further develop your career as you will be joining an established Sales team of circa 10 individuals but crucially this is a brand new role for the business and the first of its kind so you can make a name for yourself at this level.
