About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Performance Analyst to join our Central Revenue Team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue performance across our 34 hotels in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to key stakeholders, including hotels, directors, and owners, on market performance and booking pace.
  • Work closely with the Group Business Analyst to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Managers to analyze revenue performance at the individual hotel level and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in the development of data management systems to provide effective and user-friendly tools for hotels to aid in decision-making.
  • Contribute to the on-boarding of new hotels into the business, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into our revenue management processes.
Requirements
  • Hotel Revenue Management experience is essential, with a proven track record of analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to various stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to evaluate complex numerical information quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College or university education, with a strong background in mathematics or statistics.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems, such as Opera PMS, OnQ, IDeaS, and Anaplan.
