About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Performance Analyst to join our Central Revenue Team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and improving revenue performance across our 34 hotels in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to key stakeholders, including hotels, directors, and owners, on market performance and booking pace.
  • Work closely with the Group Business Analyst to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and provide insights into revenue performance across the group.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Managers to analyze revenue data at individual hotel level and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of data management systems to provide effective and user-friendly tools for hotels to aid decision-making.
  • Contribute to the on-boarding of new hotels into the business as Valor Hospitality continues to grow.
Requirements
  • Hotel Revenue Management experience is essential, with a strong analytical background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to evaluate complex numerical information quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team.
  • A friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated personality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College or university education, with a strong background in mathematics or statistics.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems, such as Opera PMS, OnQ, IDeaS, and Anaplan.
