Revenue Performance Specialist

Drive revenue growth and improve performance in 34 UK hotels

As a Revenue Performance Specialist, you will be part of the Central Revenue Team at Valor Hospitality Europe, working to drive revenue growth and improve performance in our 34 UK hotels. Based from our hotel in Solihull, you'll be responsible for providing regular reporting for all key stakeholders, including hotels, directors, and owners, highlighting market performance and analysis of booking pace.

Working closely with the Group Business Analyst, you'll assist in providing insight into revenue performance across the group, identifying areas of opportunity for improvement. You'll also work with Revenue Managers on an ad-hoc basis to help with analysis at individual hotel level. From your analytical findings, you'll make suggestions for strategic improvements and identify potential business risks.

As a key member of the Central Revenue Team, you will assist the Group Business Analyst in further development of data management systems to provide the most effective and user-friendly tools for hotels to aid with decision-making.

As Valor Hospitality Europe continues to grow, you will play a key role in onboarding new hotels into the business.

  • Analytical experience in hotel revenue management is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in communicating with all key stakeholders.
  • Ability to make decisions based on factual data and present clear, logical arguments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to evaluate complex numerical information quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team.
  • A friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated personality.

Requirements

  • College or University education or equivalent. A-Level in Mathematics or Statistics is ideal.

Preferred qualifications

  • Systems experience with one or more of Opera PMS, OnQ, IDeaS, and Anaplan.
