Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our procurement and operations department at Espee Pharma (UK) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the overall purchasing performance of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of goods, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms and conditions for purchasing agreements.
- Build relationships with existing suppliers across Europe and the UK.
- Find new suppliers both internationally and from the domestic market.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders.
- Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist in preparing reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supply chain management or procurement is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of logistics processes and best practices is beneficial.
