About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager at COREcruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the waste management industry. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's objectives and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and market share in the waste management sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize results and improve sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the waste management or recycling industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
