We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Account Manager to join our Skyline team at Symphony Group PLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities and developing long-term relationships with contractors in the high-rise market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors in the high-rise market, with a focus on securing new schemes and developing long-term relationships.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
- Present quotations and designs to contractors, and follow up to secure new works and develop relationships to build further pipeline for the future.
- Work closely with our project management team to ensure that customers receive excellent service and we maximize market share.
- Build relationships with key customers and grow those accounts, achieving turnover growth within existing and new accounts.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a strong track record of success in securing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A full UK driving license, as travel within the area and throughout the UK will be required.
- A relevant CSCS card, which can be included as part of the training.
