About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic People Leader to join our team at Axiom Hospitality Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading and nurturing our People team, driving strategic insights into talent acquisition, development, and retention to support the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement a Comprehensive People Strategy
    • Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive people strategy that aligns seamlessly with our business growth plans.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to plan, lead, and execute people-related projects across the organization.
  • Establish Employer Brand
    • Establish our brand as an employer of choice, utilizing innovative methods to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Foster a High-Performance Culture
    • Foster a high-performance and development culture, overseeing quality performance conversations and promoting excellence.
  • Drive Succession Planning
    • Drive effective succession planning and cultivate a well-resourced talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
  • Champion Employee Engagement
    • Champion employee engagement by evaluating, identifying, and addressing engagement trends, and measure the successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Provide Expert Guidance
    • Provide expert guidance on various people matters to business leaders and line management.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record
    • Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Head of HR role within a fast-paced, growing hospitality or retail business.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • A degree and/or HR qualification (CIPD level 5 minimum) preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong experience in building and maintaining culture within rapidly growing organizations.
    • Ability to quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence.
    • Non-political approach and ability to work effectively at multiple organizational levels.
    • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
