- Lead and manage the Talent & Culture team to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
- Implement policies and procedures to support our business goals and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Provide advisory support to managers and supervisors on performance management, discipline, grievance, and employment law.
