Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Director of HR/People or in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
