Job Title: Therapeutic Care Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to work with children aged 5-13 years, providing a programme of care, treatment, and education. As a Therapeutic Care Worker, you will be part of a team that develops safe, supportive, and nurturing relationships with children, promoting their welfare and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with children therapeutically or in a residential setting to develop their full potential.
  • Develop and maintain safe and supportive relationships with children.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to meet the needs of children placed at the home.
  • Participate in further psychotherapeutic and management training to enhance your skills and qualifications.
