Role Overview:


As a Fire Safety Inspector, you will be a crucial member of Pobl Group's dedication to health and safety.

Collaboration with various teams will be key in identifying and resolving safety issues, ensuring compliance, and fostering a secure living environment for residents.

Your responsibilities will include conducting regular assessments, testing fire safety systems, and coordinating with other teams for efficient service delivery.

This position will primarily focus on properties in the East region, with occasional support required in the West.



Required Skills and Experience:

Professional Background:
Preferably, experience in fire safety, property maintenance, or a related field. Background in social housing or customer service is advantageous.

Competencies:
Excellent organizational skills, ability to work autonomously or collaboratively, and strong communication abilities. Basic building maintenance skills and a solid understanding of Health and Safety protocols are essential.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with non-technical fire and smoke alarm assessments, basic electrical tasks, and fire door evaluations.

Certifications:
A valid driving license is mandatory. Commitment to ongoing training in health and safety and fire safety practices is expected.

Compensation and Benefits:
This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of £28,449 for a 37-hour workweek.
