Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Risk Management
- Assist in the management and development of processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Building Safety Act 2022.
- Conduct regular fire and building safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Building Safety Cases
- Assist in the design and management of Building Safety Cases for our portfolio, ensuring that buildings remain compliant with relevant legislation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain effective communication channels with residents and other key parties.
- Inspections and Testing
- Conduct thorough inspections of fire safety equipment and systems to ensure compliance with British standards.
- Validate the accuracy of Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and support the delivery of initiatives to improve compliance.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present detailed reports on compliance and risk management activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education and Experience
- Degree-level qualification or relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to building safety and services.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, equipment, and compliance.
- Ability to produce reports, analyze data, and present findings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent in core Microsoft Office packages.
