Fire Safety Inspector Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fire Safety Inspector to join our team at Clear Safety. As a Fire Safety Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting fire safety inspections, providing fire safety advice, and assessing the named contractors' project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct fire safety inspections in residential housing, commercial, and education sectors
  • Provide fire safety advice and guidance to clients
  • Assess the named contractors' project delivery and identify areas for improvement
  • Survey fire doors and fire stopping to ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
  • Studying or willing to study towards the NEBOSH General and Fire Safety & Risk Management Certificate or Level 3 fire risk assessment qualification recognized by the IFE or IFSM
  • Understanding of UK legislation and guidance, including housing fire safety guidance, and ability to keep relevant CPD records
  • Some experience in fire safety or construction is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Hold a clean driving license and have good links for work in the London or Nottingham/Derby areas
