Position Overview:
In this role, you will be instrumental in steering the risk management initiatives across the Corporate Office sectors, which encompass Communications, Public Affairs, ESG, the CEO Office, and Industry Engagement.

Risk Management Responsibilities:
Your expertise in risk will enable you to provide robust support and challenge to the Corporate Office teams in their endeavors to identify, manage, and mitigate risks effectively.

Engagement with Business Units:
You will take charge of fostering collaboration with various teams to advance the risk management agenda. This includes disseminating risk knowledge and insights to First Line stakeholders and facilitating knowledge exchange within the Second Line Risk Partner community.

Support for Executive Risk Partner:
As a Risk Partner, you will assist the Executive Risk Partner in fulfilling their risk management duties, which involve identifying potential risks that could hinder the achievement of objectives, assessing these risks against SWIFT's risk appetite, and defining necessary risk mitigation strategies.

Training and Development:
You will oversee the daily training of Corporate Office teams on the Risk Management Framework, offering coaching on risk identification, management, and mitigation as required.

Risk Theme Identification:
Your role will include leveraging your risk expertise to pinpoint prevalent risk themes and sharing pertinent data and insights with Corporate Office teams, risk partners, and the Center of Excellence (CoE) for reporting purposes.

Data Management and Monitoring:
You will be accountable for scrutinizing risk data generated by Corporate Office teams, supplying risk data to the Risk CoE, and monitoring key anticipated and evolving risks within these teams. You will also act as an escalation point for significant material risks requiring higher-level input.

Reporting Duties:
Your responsibilities will extend to supporting quarterly risk reporting and monitoring, ensuring accurate information is provided to the CoE.

Oversight of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs):
You will provide oversight, challenge, and guidance concerning the execution of RCSAs within the Corporate Office teams.

Collaboration with Key Stakeholders:
You will engage with various leaders to ensure effective oversight, challenge, and support, while also collaborating with other risk partners to share best practices.

Technology and Policy Awareness:
You will maintain a solid understanding of the technologies and policies that govern the financial services landscape, ensuring compliance and oversight processes are adhered to.

Risk Management Frameworks:
You will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of risk identification, appetite, impact, and likelihood, applying this knowledge to the risk assessment and monitoring processes.
