Regional Facilities Manager Opportunity

CV Library is seeking a skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. This exciting role has arisen due to exponential growth and requires a professional to manage services and processes that support our property management strategy.

About the Role

  • Manage relationships with regional contractors and internal maintenance teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective maintenance and upkeep of commercial and residential properties.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to monitor condition and upkeep.
  • Control regional maintenance costs and budget planning.
  • Manage a small team, including holiday, sickness, performance, and payroll management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous project management or property management experience.
  • Professional negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm working hours.
