Regional Facilities Manager Opportunity

CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support our property management strategy, as well as the day-to-day handling of the maintenance and upkeep of our existing portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with regional contractors and internal maintenance teams for planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks, from initial tendering to ongoing performance management and benchmarking.
  • Monitor and ensure regional compliance with statutory safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to monitor the condition and upkeep of our portfolio.
  • Control regional maintenance costs and budget planning for allocated properties.
  • Manage a small team, including holiday, sickness, performance, and payroll, as well as oversee wider departments in coordination with the management team.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous project management or property management experience.
  • Professional and refined negotiation skills with sound commercial acumen and judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with people at all levels of the business.
  • PC literate with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
  • Free parking on site.
