**Regional Facilities Manager - Property Maintenance Expert**

Vermelo RPO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support our property management strategy, as well as the day-to-day handling of the maintenance and upkeep of our existing portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance and Compliance: Ensure that all properties within your portfolio are maintained to the highest standard, adhering to all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Contractor Management: Manage relationships with regional contractors and internal maintenance teams, ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Tenant Liaison: Liaise regularly with tenants to ensure that any issues raised are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Maintenance Reporting and Budgeting: Manage maintenance reporting, ordering, and invoicing procedures, as well as controlling regional maintenance costs and budget planning.
  • Team Management: Manage a small team, including holiday, sickness, performance, and payroll management, as well as overseeing wider departments in coordination with the management team.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous Project Management or Property Management Experience
  • Professional and Refined Negotiator with sound commercial acumen and judgment.
  • Motivated and Results-Driven
  • Highly Organized with a pragmatic and analytical approach and an eye for detail.
  • Team Player who is capable of performing tasks independently and to their own initiative.
  • Strong Multi-Tasker with the ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
  • Excellent Communicator who can communicate confidently with people at all levels of the business.
  • Experience in Leading and Managing a Team
  • PC Literate with Strong Microsoft Office Skills
