Vermelo RPO is seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support our property management strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company strategy is executed through property maintenance, internal governance, and adherence to legislation.
- Manage relationships with regional contractors and internal maintenance teams for planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks.
- Liaise with tenants to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage repairs and ordering systems, following our operating and finance procedures.
- Monitor and ensure regional compliance with statutory safety regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to monitor the condition and upkeep of our portfolio.
- Manage maintenance reporting, ordering, and invoicing procedures.
- Control regional maintenance costs and budget planning for allocated properties.
- Manage a small team, including holiday, sickness, performance, and payroll, as well as overseeing wider departments in coordination with the management team.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license.
- Previous project management or property management experience.
- Professional and refined negotiation skills with sound commercial acumen and judgment.
- Motivated and results-driven.
- Highly organized with a pragmatic and analytical approach and an eye for detail.
- A team player who can perform tasks independently and to their own initiative.
- A strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
- An excellent communicator who can communicate confidently with people at all levels of the business.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- PC literate with strong Microsoft Office skills.

- Salary of £35,000-£40,000 (experience-dependent).
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
