Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reception & Administration Assistant to join our team at Equity's head office in Central London.

As a key member of our small team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our reception services, including managing incoming and outgoing post, meeting room bookings, and general maintenance tasks.

You will also provide administrative support to our busy Membership Team, responding to queries, approving applications and resignations, and processing membership changes.

This is a full-time position based at our head office, with a 35-hour working week and 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas office closure.

We offer a competitive salary and a defined benefit and contribution pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reception services, including post, meeting room bookings, and general maintenance tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the Membership Team, including responding to queries and processing membership changes
  • Assist the Buildings Officer with general maintenance and administration tasks
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our head office
