About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Reception Manager to join our team at Wide Way Medical Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the efficient management and direction of the administration and reception team, ensuring all administrative duties are performed effectively and to the required standard.

You will work closely with the Practice Manager and Patient Services Lead to deliver high-quality, caring, safe, and effective administrative and reception services. Your key responsibilities will include managing the reception and administrative staff, supporting staff development, and ensuring staff are up to date with mandatory training.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining rotas for the reception and administration staff, reviewing and updating administrative and reception policies and procedures, and designing, implementing, and refining efficient office processes.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to provide excellent customer services, ensure a culture of professionalism is maintained within the practice, and work as part of the team to carry out reception, admin, and care coordinator functions.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a clear and polite telephone manner, and the ability to work as a team member and autonomously. You will also need to be flexible and cooperative, with high levels of integrity and loyalty.
