Reception and Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception & Membership Administration Assistant at our head office in Central London.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position based at our head office, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of reception services, including managing incoming and outgoing post, meeting room bookings, and general administration tasks.
You will also provide administrative support to our busy Membership Team, responding to phone and email queries, approving applications and resignations, and processing membership changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception services, including post, meeting room bookings, and general administration tasks
- Provide administrative support to the Membership Team, including responding to queries and processing membership changes
- Assist the Buildings Officer with general maintenance and administration tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
