Office Angels is collaborating with an innovative and progressive client in the manufacturing sector, seeking to hire an Administrative Coordinator. You will become part of a dedicated team known for their diligence and exceptional communication abilities, as well as their commitment to personal and professional growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and maintain precise customer account records.
- Provide delivery information and order updates to clients.
- Address shipping inquiries.
- Generate reports and perform various tasks to support both the sales team and clients.
- Manage customer inquiries via telephone and email.
- Offer general administrative assistance to the business and its directors.
- Comprehensive training will be provided.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work proactively, efficiently, and independently.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Punctual and professional demeanor.
