Role Overview:

The Supplier Onboarding Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring that the National Lottery operates with integrity and adherence to regulatory standards. This position involves conducting comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments on potential suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and facilitating an efficient onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective suppliers, verifying their identity, legal status, ownership structure, and financial viability.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the supplier onboarding process.
  • Support the Social Value team in promoting a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
  • Advocate for sustainable and responsible procurement practices in alignment with Allwyn's Social Value framework.
  • Review and validate documentation provided by suppliers, including business licenses and financial statements.
  • Assess risks associated with new suppliers based on KYC evaluations and collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to gather necessary documentation and address inquiries, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier information and compliance activities in the designated system.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, legal, finance, and cybersecurity, to ensure a cohesive onboarding process.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on supplier onboarding protocols and compliance standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the establishment of best practices in supplier onboarding.
  • Generate reports on supplier onboarding activities and compliance status for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in supplier onboarding, KYC/KYS, compliance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in supplier due diligence.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for documentation and data management.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing time efficiently.
