Compliance Specialist

1st Executive Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Supplier Onboarding Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the trust and reputation of our clients' customer-facing brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments on potential suppliers, verifying their identity, legal status, ownership structure, and financial stability.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies during the supplier onboarding process to mitigate potential risks.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on supplier onboarding activities, compliance status, and potential risks for management review.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to design and implement a sustainable procurement strategy aligned with the organization's social value framework.
- Previous experience in supplier onboarding, KYC/KYS, compliance, or a related role.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in supplier due diligence and KYC/KYS processes.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for documentation and data management.
