Compliance and ISO Manager

Think Specialist Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading organisation based in the Watford area to find a talented Compliance and ISO Manager. This exciting opportunity involves managing the ISO audit process, maintaining certifications, and working with external auditors as the main point of contact for ISO matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the ISO audit process for 27001, 9001, and 14001 certifications
- Create policies and lead internal process audits
- Assess risks associated with ISO compliance and escalate to the Head of Compliance
- Lead compliance projects and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Work with external auditors and collaborate with a small team
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Methodical with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work at all levels
- Logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience with document and report creation is beneficial
