Think Specialist Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading organisation based in the Watford area, seeking a skilled Compliance and ISO Manager to join their team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-focused individual with experience in compliance and ISO management to manage the ISO audit process, maintain certifications, and work with external auditors as the main point of contact for ISO matters.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and prepare for ISO audits, including 27001, 9001, and 14001
- Create policies and lead internal process audits
- Assess risks associated with ISO compliance and escalate to the Head of Compliance as necessary
- Lead compliance projects and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Work with external auditors and act as the main point of contact for ISO matters
- Collaborate with a small team to achieve compliance goals
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in compliance and ISO management
- Methodical approach with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Proficient in Excel and document creation
- Logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
