Business Compliance Manager

Think Specialist Recruitment is delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based in the Watford area. This leading client of ours has an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience in compliance and ISO management to manage the ISO audit process and maintain certifications.
This opportunity would suit someone who is diligent, detail-focused, and has the ability to plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits. The successful candidate will work with external auditors as the main point of contact for ISO matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare for ISO audits of 27001, 9001, and 14001
- Create policies and lead internal process audits
- Assess risks associated with ISO compliance
- Elevate identified risks to the Head of Compliance
- Lead compliance projects as required
- Provide status updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with external auditors as the main point of contact for ISO matters
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Methodical with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong Excel skills
- Logical thinking and creative problem-solving
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience in document and report creation is beneficial
- Local to the Watford area
