Supplier Compliance Specialist - Competitive Salary

Key Responsibilities:
As a Supplier Compliance Specialist, you will be integral to a team dedicated to executing thorough KYC evaluations on prospective suppliers. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with industry regulations and facilitating an efficient onboarding experience.
- Conduct extensive due diligence on potential suppliers, confirming their identity, legal standing, ownership structure, and financial viability.
- Guarantee compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies throughout the supplier onboarding journey to minimize risks.
- Maintain precise and current records of supplier data, documentation, and compliance activities within the designated system.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports regarding supplier onboarding efforts, compliance status, and identified risks for management assessment.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a sustainable procurement strategy aligned with the organization’s social value framework.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in supplier onboarding, KYC/KYS, compliance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in supplier due diligence and KYC/KYS processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems for documentation and data management.
- Self-driven, capable of working independently, and adept at time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the COUPA platform is advantageous but not mandatory.
