Social Compliance Specialist

As a Social Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our vendors and suppliers adhere to our rigorous standards for labor practices, environmental sustainability, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and mitigate business risks associated with social compliance in our global supply chain.
- Communicate program requirements and expectations to internal stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
- Support the audit process for third-party audits, ensuring timely completion and effective remediation of any issues identified.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to develop solutions for key areas of risk, balancing the needs of the company with the interests of our partners.
- Partner with other Global Buying Offices to share best practices and ensure consistency in social compliance practices across the organization.
- Strong understanding of third-party factory audits and key areas of risk related to labor practices, environmental sustainability, and community engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and influence internal stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed recommendations.
