Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and mitigate business risks through our social compliance factory monitoring program.
- Communicate program requirements and expectations to associates, buying agents, and vendors.
- Support the audit process for third-party audits.
- Visit vendors regularly to assess potential risks.
- Partner with vendors and suppliers to remediate violations and develop solutions for key areas of risk.
- Experience and knowledge of third-party factory audits.
- Understanding of audit reports and key areas of risk related to the industry, countries, wages, forced labor, child labor, working hours, health, and safety, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
