Supplier Compliance Specialist - Competitive Salary
Are you an experienced professional in compliance with a focus on Know Your Customer (KYC) processes? This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a pioneering Procurement operation, playing a vital role in enhancing supplier onboarding procedures. Our client, a leading multi-national entertainment firm, is committed to developing innovative technology aimed at elevating customer experiences and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Supplier Compliance Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for executing comprehensive KYC assessments on prospective suppliers. Your efforts will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate an efficient onboarding experience.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential suppliers, confirming their identity, legal standing, ownership structure, and financial health.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the supplier onboarding process to minimize risks.
- Maintain precise and current records of supplier data, documentation, and compliance activities within the designated system.
- Prepare regular and on-demand reports regarding supplier onboarding progress, compliance status, and identified risks for management evaluation.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a sustainable procurement strategy aligned with the organization’s social value objectives.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior experience in supplier onboarding, KYC/KYS, compliance, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to supplier due diligence and KYC/KYS processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems for documentation and data management.
- Self-driven, capable of working independently, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the COUPA platform is advantageous but not mandatory.
