We are seeking:

A permanent Practice Lead who possesses a degree and has proven experience in managing personnel and executing quality assurance activities that yield improved outcomes for children. This role will oversee and utilize data, intelligence, and support functions across the Youth Justice and Engagement Services. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing innovative assurance tools that identify strengths and areas for enhancement, as well as mobilizing swift practice responses.
