Job Title: Youth Ministry Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Ministry Leader to join our team at Cornerstone Church. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading our youth ministry and providing vital pastoral support to students at Leyton Sixth Form College.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry strategy that aligns with the church's vision and values.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to students, including one-to-one mentoring and group work.
  • Collaborate with the college's pastoral team to ensure a seamless transition of support for students.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a team of volunteers to support the youth ministry.
  • Develop and deliver engaging youth programs that promote spiritual growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in youth ministry or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Passion for evangelism and discipleship.
